Refund policy

Returns
Our policy expires at 30 days. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Not all items are eligible for return, exchange, or refund. 

Non-returnable, exchangeable, refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items with obvious signs of use or misuse. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Personalized creations. Glowry Laser Designs goes to great length to work with the customer through each step, providing the customer with digital images prior to creating a custom piece. Details made available through digital images and communication include, but are not limited to: style, shape, size, font, spelling, sequence, and placement. Glowry Laser Designs keeps record of all communication regarding customer approval for the quote and design of their order prior to its creation. Once the item has been created to the approved specifics of the design, it cannot be returned or exchanged. All customized items must be paid in full prior to their creation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, by no fault of your own. We do not exchange items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or mis-care. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, stating the item and cause of damage to glowrylaserdesigns@gmail.com and send your item to: Glowry Laser Designs, 1816 Timber Trl NW, Cleveland TN 37312, United States.

Replacements (if applicable)
In the event that it becomes evident that an item is defective by fault of design by Glowry Laser Designs, please notify us immediately via email at glowrylaserdesigns@gmail.com. If our digital file confirms the design error, the item may be replaced without the need to return the original item. This is subject to the discretion of Glowry Laser Designs, and falls within the 30 day exchange policy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
